Protocol Education is currently working with a school who are looking for an SEN TA for September 2022, to join their friendly, passionate team. The school is situated near the Brimsdown area, near the Enfield Chase overground, located in the London borough of Enfield.

What you will need:

  • Previous SEND experience.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to interact well with the children.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Experience in working with early years children.
  • Being adaptable and setting up engaging learning opportunities to suit the child’s needs.
  • There is the possibility of long term, full time work available in this role. 

About the role:

As an SEN TA, you will be expected to support the pupil in small groups (2 – 3 students) or depending on the need of the child, one to one support. The students will have a structured day and you will be expected to keep records of each activity, for each child to have a record of learning progress for the day. Written feedback on their behaviour is also compulsory.
