Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans.

  • Help students with emotional, social, and academic development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, and behaviour management.
