The school is dedicated to meeting the needs of a diverse group of pupils aged 5 to 16 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviors. The students include those with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues.

Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of personalized learning plans
  • Supporting pupils with their educational and emotional needs
  • Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviors
  • Encouraging social interaction and communication skills development
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support as required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
