Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in the delivery of personalized learning plans
- Supporting pupils with their educational and emotional needs
- Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviors
- Encouraging social interaction and communication skills development
- Providing one-on-one or small group support as required
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
