Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant and looking for a new challenge?

I am working with a local SEN School focusing on supporting students with SEMH and other complex SEN needs.
This school has a number of students who have high, complex needs and are looking for support within their primary keystage groups. Many of these students have physical and social-emotional mental health (SEMH) needs and will need your support in the classroom to achieve their goals.
As an SEMH/SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working with a specialist team to ensure these students' needs are met so they can flourish academically and have a positive school experience.

What To Expect From This Unique Opportunity:
• Work within a positive environment, which promotes good mental health and wellbeing
• Develop your skills and learn something new while getting support from experienced members of staff
• See the impact you are able to create through working closely with SEN students from day 1
• Full-time Monday – Friday (35 hour working week)

What We Are Looking For:
• Hold a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
• Experience working with children with SEN
• Comfortable with providing SEMH support as well as personal care
• Able to build positive relationships with people from a range of backgrounds
• An empathetic individual with a ‘can do’ mindset
