The Role:

  • As an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing specialized support to students with special educational needs within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
  • Utilize your expertise and knowledge to collaborate closely with teachers and the SENCO, implementing tailored strategies and interventions to meet the individual needs of each student.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or SEN support are highly advantageous, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in SEN education.
