The Role:
- As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with special educational needs within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous, but your passion for making a difference is what truly matters!
- Possess a compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine commitment to supporting the diverse needs of every student.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
- While relevant qualifications and certifications in education or SEN support are beneficial, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
