The Role:

  • As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with special educational needs within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalized strategies and interventions, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to achieve their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous, but your passion for making a difference is what truly matters!
  • Possess a compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine commitment to supporting the diverse needs of every student.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • While relevant qualifications and certifications in education or SEN support are beneficial, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
