About the Role:
In Sevenoaks, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one assistance and support to students with diverse special educational needs.
- Collaborating closely with teachers and the school's SENCO to develop personalized learning plans tailored to each student's specific needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking individuals who:

- Understand various special educational needs, such as PMLD, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, or challenging behavior.
- Possess compassion, patience, and adaptability.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
