SEN Teaching Assistant – Kingston
Location: Kingston, London
Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs in a welcoming and inclusive school in Kingston.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.

• Support positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Adapt learning resources to meet individual student needs.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN in school or similar settings.

• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• DBS clearance (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
