We’re working with a welcoming, supportive school that’s looking for a brilliant SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need a bit of extra care, patience, and consistency. If you’re calm under pressure, great at building trust, and proud of the difference you make every day, you’ll fit right in.
This role is all about being that steady presence in the classroom, helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access learning

Supporting emotional regulation, routines, and positive behaviour

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to keep things joined up

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
