We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Birmingham who are looking for a dedicated level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term role, with the opportunity to go temporary to permanent for the right person.

The role

You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. This may include 1:1 support or working with small groups, depending on the needs of the children.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN such as autism, ADHD, or social and emotional needs

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

  • Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and confident in the classroom

  • Creating a calm, positive learning environment where children can thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
