We’re working with SEN schools in Durham who are looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.
Your role will focus on:

Building trust and strong relationships

Supporting behaviour with empathy and structure

Helping pupils engage with learning at their pace

Working as part of a supportive SEN team
You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to be:

Calm, consistent, and compassionate

Experienced in SEN, behaviour support, or care

Willing to learn and reflect

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
