What the role looks like day to day:

Supporting pupils with SEND, either 1:1 or in small groups

Helping children with needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, or learning difficulties

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans

Creating a calm, consistent environment where pupils feel understood

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Being that steady, reassuring adult when emotions run high

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
