As SEN Classroom Support, you will be responsible for assisting teachers and other staff members in providing education and support to students with special educational needs (SEN). You will work closely with students, providing them with individual support and guidance, as well as assisting teachers in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies.

What do you need for this role?
- A calm and compassionate approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also as a team member
- A passion for working with children and making a real impact on their lives
- Experience is not essential, but any previous work in schools, with children, with SEN, as a graduate, a youth mentor, sports coach or anything else similar would be helpful
