Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience although previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour is an advantage.

  • This role is 5 days per week, Monday – Friday for the successful candidate.
  • The client is also flexible on the amount of days you can work
  • Day to day cover also needed to cover general sickness
  • You will be supporting children with a range of Special Needs
  • The role will be to start in September 2022

Currently we are looking for entry level teaching assistants, learning mentors and general classroom support staff to help support students within the many schools we work with. Due to the pandemic, schools and children have not been able to perform to the level and standards that they normally would which has resulted in students falling behind academically. Schools are now looking to get their students back up to speed by increasing the amount of support and help available by hiring more staff.

The school are looking for people who are ambitious and passionate about working with children and want to make a difference. They also need the person to be willing to commit to a long-term role and someone who is reliable with attendance and punctuality. Candidates who have a background as a graduate, nanny, care worker, youth worker, sports coach or any other previous experience that you think would have transferable skills would be highly recommended to apply.

Training and additional qualifications will be available, and also the opportunity for progression within the schools.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
