We’re working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. You’ll play a key role in helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn, both in and out of the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Helping children manage routines, emotions, and learning tasks

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
-
Creating a calm, positive learning environment
You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience supporting children with SEN, personal or professional

Are patient, kind, and consistent

Understand that progress comes in small steps

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
