SEN Teaching Assistant

 

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Hours: 8.30 - 3.30pm

Start date: February 2023

 

Protocol Education are currently working with a secondary PRU that educates students in KS3 - KS4 with autism and challenging behaviours. We are currently looking for a strong, engaging and professional SEN TA to come and join this lovely team in February for the whole academic year. You will be working in small classes and have support from the class teacher and other TA's in the classroom. You will have onsite training and be supported by the safeguarding team when needed. We also offer free Safeguarding course to complete before you start your new role. 

 

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a great sense of humour, can adapt to different needs and emotions, has a real passion to support and teach children with autism / SEMH, and someone who can commute easily into Reading.
