Protocol Education are recruiting a passionate and patient SEN Teacher to work in specialist and mainstream settings across Middlesbrough. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver personalised learning to meet individual EHCP targets.

Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.

Use adaptive teaching and effective behaviour management strategies.

Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and classroom staff to ensure consistent support.
Requirements:

QTS or equivalent SEN teaching experience.

Understanding of EHCPs, SEND frameworks, and differentiated learning.

Calm, resilient approach with excellent communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
