We’re supporting a fantastic SEND provision that works with pupils who have complex learning needs, autism, communication difficulties, and social and emotional needs. They’re looking for an SEN Teacher who brings creativity, warmth, and that calm confidence pupils rely on.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a small, carefully structured class with high levels of support

  • Adapting lessons so every pupil can access learning in their own way

  • Working closely with therapists, TAs, and the SENCO to create personalised plans

  • Using sensory-friendly, trauma-informed approaches in the classroom

  • Creating a safe, predictable environment where pupils can grow at their own pace
