What the role involves

Teaching small classes of pupils with a range of additional needs

Creating clear, engaging lessons with lots of practical, hands-on learning

Working closely with TAs, therapists, and support specialists

Using visuals, routines, and individualised strategies to help pupils stay regulated and engaged

Building strong relationships that make learning feel safe and accessible
