SEN Teacher – Ealing
Location: Ealing, West London
Position: Full-time
Pay: £160 - £220 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced special needs school in Ealing. The school caters to students with a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, SLD, and SEMH. You’ll play a vital role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet EHCP targets and promote progress

Create a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment

Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and external professionals to support holistic development

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed

Build strong, positive relationships with students and their families

Contribute to the wider school community and SEN best practice
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN)

Knowledge of autism, social communication difficulties, and/or behavioural challenges

A nurturing, flexible, and proactive approach

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
