Pay Rate: £150-£170 based on experience

Requirements:

 SEN and SEMH training

Proven experience in working 1-to-1 with students

Strong understanding of individualized education plans

Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Traits:

Patient, empathetic, and compassionate

Innovative and creative approach to teaching

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs

Strong classroom management skills

Commitment to continuous professional development

Additional Qualifications:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience in working with students with autism or specific learning disabilities

Knowledge of behaviour management techniques

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
