Your Responsibilities on this Exciting Expedition:

  • Craft and deliver lessons in line with school policies and schemes of work.
  • Provide students with regular assessments and feedback to inspire progress.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with Teaching Assistants, contributing to an outstanding and inspiring learning environment.
  • Actively participate in departmental and staff meetings, sharing and adopting best practices.

What You Need for a Successful Adventure:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS).
  • Enhanced child DBS on the Update Service.
  • Understanding of various SEN types (ADHD, ASC, SEMH, SEND, SLCN) and effective teaching methods.
  • Strong subject knowledge, delivering lessons that are both engaging and challenging.
  • A passion for education, dedicated to bringing out the best in each student.
  • Positive, consistent, and proactive behavior management skills.
  • The ability to differentiate lessons for diverse learning styles.
  • A resilient and positive nature.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
