Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with school policies and schemes of work.
- Provide students with regular assessments and feedback to encourage progress.
- Build positive relationships with Teaching Assistants, creating an outstanding and inspiring learning environment.
- Participate in departmental and staff meetings to share best practices.
To Be Successful, You'll Need:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Enhanced child DBS on the Update Service.
- Understanding of various SEN types (ADHD, ASC, SEMH, SEND, SLCN) and effective teaching methods.
- Strong subject knowledge, delivering engaging and challenging lessons.
- Passion for education and fostering the best in each student.
- Positive, consistent, and proactive behaviour management skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons for diverse learning styles.
- Resilient and positive nature.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
