Job Responsibilities:

• Craft and deliver cross-curricular lessons tailored to students in key stages 3 and 4, aligning with school policies and engaging schemes of work.

• Provide students with regular assessments and feedback, propelling them toward success.

• Cultivate positive relationships with Teaching Assistants, creating an outstanding and inspiring learning haven.

• Dive into departmental and staff meetings, exchanging best practices and fueling innovation.

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) – Your teaching superhero cape!

• Enhanced child DBS on the Update Service – Safety first!

• Understanding of various SEN types (ADHD, ASC, SEMH, SEND, SLCN) and a toolbox of effective teaching methods.

• Strong background in caring roles, with previous experience as a SEN student being ideal.

• Strong subject knowledge, delivering lessons that are both engaging and challenging.

• Passion for education, igniting the potential in each student.

• Positive, consistent, and proactive behavior management skills – the magic touch!

• Ability to differentiate lessons for diverse learning styles – your teaching wizardry at play!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
