Protocol Education are looking to recruit a compassionate and hardworking SEN Teacher that is QTS qualified to join a supportive and reputable SEN school in Spalding. We are looking for a nurturing teacher that is able to lead a flexible team, supporting children with a wide range of needs.

 

The role will include leading the class (planning and teaching lessons), creating individualised learning plans for students as per their specific needs, preparing teaching materials, writing reports and marking work.  

Ensuring a nurturing learning environment will also be essential for students to develop confidence, independence and meet their learning outcomes. 

 

An ideal candidate should:

-       Be QTS qualified

-       Have strong previous experience in working with students with SEN

-       Be passionate about working with children with SEN

-       Be ready for a challenge!
