SEN Teacher

This role is ideal for a teacher who believes in personalised learning, values progress and takes pride in creating a calm, structured and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN staff
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
- Creating a safe and supportive environment where pupils feel secure and motivated to learn
Requirements:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Has experience teaching pupils with SEND or SEMH previously
- A patient, flexible and reflective approach to teaching
- A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
