This role requires high-quality, personalised teaching that motivates pupils to develop independence, resilience and lifelong skills. You’ll work in a community that values ambition, inclusivity, respect, support and meaningful learning, and where every child’s progress matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to individual needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

  • Foster a nurturing classroom culture that builds confidence, self-advocacy and communication skills.

  • Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, families and external partners.

  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes for all pupils.

You Bring:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEND experience.

  • A passion for inclusive practice and high expectations for every learner.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
