In This Role You Will:

  • Plan highly personalised lessons and work towards realistic, impactful outcomes.

  • Support pupils in developing independence, confidence and readiness for adulthood.

  • Build safe, supportive relationships with learners and encourage student voice.

  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and reflective practice.

Required Attributes:

  • QTS with proven ability to adapt teaching for learners with significant needs.

  • Strong commitment to inclusive, respectful education.

  • Ability to work constructively with a multidisciplinary team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
