SEN Teacher – Wiltshire
Protocol Education are working with welcoming and inclusive settings in the Wiltshire area that’s looking for a caring, skilled teacher to support pupils with additional needs and help them thrive.
The role
You’ll be teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering personalised, engaging lessons that meet learners where they are. You’ll create a calm, structured environment where pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn, while celebrating progress in all its forms.
Location: Wiltshire
Contract: Full-time or part-time considered
Start date: September start or earlier by agreement
Salary: Main Pay Scale plus SEN allowance, depending on experience
What you’ll be doing

Planning and delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN

Supporting academic progress alongside emotional and social development

Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Using effective behaviour strategies to support individual needs

Monitoring progress and contributing to reviews and reports

Working closely with teaching assistants, SEN professionals and families
What we’re looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience working with pupils with SEN, or a strong interest in SEN education
-
A patient, flexible and compassionate approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Confidence adapting teaching to suit a range of needs and abilities
