About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Teacher to deliver a personalised curriculum within an alternative education setting. The role focuses on re-engaging pupils through flexible teaching approaches that support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupil needs.

Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural challenges.

Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment.

Track pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

Work closely with support staff and leadership teams.
Skills & Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience in alternative provision, PRU or SEMH settings is desirable.

Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Flexible, reflective and resilient teaching approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
