Your Role:
• Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs
• Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a calm, inclusive environment
• Prepare and organise resources to meet pupils’ individual learning plans
• Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and lunchtimes
We’re Looking For:
✔ Teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting SEN pupils
✔ Experience in primary, EYFS, or SEN settings
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
✔ Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting all children
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Level 3 SEN or TA qualification
• Enhanced DBS certificate (especially on the update service)
• Experience supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN needs
• Confidence using tech to enhance learning and tracking progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
