About Role:

Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden, London is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of positive behaviour support strategies
- Relevant training (e.g. Makaton, PECS) is plus point
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN in the classroom and one-to-one
- A sound grasp of how to support children outside of a mainstream curriculum.
- Monitoring behaviour calmly and positively, using established strategies to support self-regulation and focus.
