SEN Support Staff

Pay: £90–£110 per day (PAYE – no umbrella companies)
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Contract: Full-time/Long term

Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs flourish? Protocol Education is looking for caring, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Barking & Dagenham.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them succeed academically and socially
  • Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support
  • Creating a positive, safe, and welcoming environment where every child can thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
