The Role:
In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who have special educational needs such as:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

ADHD
-
Speech, language, and communication challenges
-
Emotional regulation and behavioural needs
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

One-to-one and small group support
-
Implementing tailored learning and behaviour strategies
-
Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive relationships
-
Supporting classroom activities, transitions, and routines
Whether you’re stepping into different schools each day or embedding yourself in a long-term role, your impact will be felt.
We’re Looking For:

Kind, resilient, and proactive individuals

Experience working with children or young people (in school, youth work, or care settings)
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Any relevant SEN training (e.g. Makaton, PECS, Team Teach) is a plus, but not essential—we provide training!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
