SEN Secondary Teacher
Location: Redbridge
Long Term – Full Time

This is a role for a SEN Secondary Teacher who understands that progress doesn’t always look linear, and that relationships come before results.
We are looking for a confident, adaptable teacher to support pupils with ASC, SEMH and complex learning needs. You’ll be teaching smaller classes, with strong TA support and leadership that genuinely backs their staff.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Delivering structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Supporting pupils aged 11–16 with a range of emotional and behavioural needs
- Creating calm, predictable classroom environments that help students regulate
- Using restorative and trauma-informed approaches to behaviour
- Working closely with therapists, SENCOs and support staff
This role is ideal for you if you:
- Hold QTS or equivalent
- Have experience in SEN, alternative provision or behaviour-focused settings
- Are confident teaching secondary-aged pupils with additional needs
