The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs, helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEN

Assess, monitor, and track progress, adapting strategies to ensure every child thrives

Work closely with parents, colleagues, and external specialists to support children’s development

Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

Contribute to the school’s SEN provision and participate in relevant planning and reviews
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

Experience teaching children with a range of SEN, ideally in a primary setting

Deep understanding of SEND strategies, interventions, and inclusive teaching methods

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
