SEN Learning Support Assistant – Autism Focus

A welcoming school is seeking an SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with autism in a structured, nurturing environment.
You’ll help pupils manage routines, transitions, and sensory needs, while building trust and confidence over time.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing consistent SEN support throughout the day

Using visual supports and clear communication
-
Supporting emotional regulation and social development
-
Working as part of a supportive SEND team
Experience with autism is ideal, but the right attitude matters most.
This role is ideal if you:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
