Job Duties:
- Provide support to Primary children with any additional SEN needs in a classroom setting
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive learning environment
- Help students with SEN to access the curriculum and participate in all activities
- Monitor and track progress of students with SEN

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Understanding of the UK educational system and SEN policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
