SEN Care Support Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
This SEN Care Support Assistant role supports pupils with complex needs who require both care and learning support throughout the school day.
You’ll work as part of a supportive team, ensuring pupils’ physical and emotional needs are met alongside their education.
Your duties will include:
• Supporting pupils with care and wellbeing needs
• Assisting with emotional and behavioural regulation
• Supporting learning activities and classroom routines
• Providing consistent, compassionate support
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
