We’re supporting a welcoming school that’s looking for a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work closely with a pupil who benefits from structure, patience, and someone who truly understands them. Your presence will give them safety, stability, and the chance to make real progress in their own way.

What your day will look like

  • Offering consistent 1:1 support in lessons and during transitions

  • Helping your pupil understand routines and stay engaged with learning

  • Using visuals, sensory tools, and positive reinforcement to build confidence

  • Supporting emotional regulation and celebrating every small win

  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team

  • Experience with SEN, either in a school or similar setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
