This secondary school is looking for a resilient SEMH TA to support pupils who need help with emotional regulation and engagement.
Your role:

Supporting pupils with SEMH needs

De-escalation and behaviour support

Building trusted relationships

Working with pastoral and SEN teams
Experience in SEMH, youth work or care is ideal.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
