I am currently working with schools across Harrow who are urgently seeking strong Teaching Assistants who are able to work with children who have SEMH and behavioural needs.

When working with these schools, you will have the opportunity to be a part of hard-working, supportive teams, with each school offering extremely supportive Senior Leadership Teams.

About the role:

Teaching Assistants applying for this role will be required to support children in their learning. The children join these schools as either respite care from mainstream or because they have been permanently excluded.  

We welcome applicants with a good understanding of working with students with SEMH and Behavioural need and are enthusiastic about raising attainment of their pupils.

You will ideally have experience of supporting children with special educational needs or will have a passion to work with students in this type of environment. By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build up relationships with students to ensure they are successful.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
