Look no further as I am currently looking to recruit teaching assistants to work on a long-term basis. This role will be full time, however, part time applicants will be considered.
Starting as soon as you’re cleared to work, you will work hard to build up good rapports with children who have so far struggled to meaningfully engage with a more traditional offer. You will focus on learning that is based on the individuals’ interests, a curriculum that is relevant to learners, allowing them to go on and get jobs post education and also their growth and abilities which is measured by the quality of work and how it changes them.
The aim for this setting is to encourage each pupil to work hard, build up rapports and grow both inside and outside of the classroom. They make sure that reintegration into a mainstream school can happen, and when done, it is a transition that happens gradually and also successfully.
As a teaching assistant, you will work with a relatively small number of learners over several weeks, helping them to foster meaningful and authentic relationships. You will help to build self-esteem and encourage children to build their skills and knowledge to ensure for progression both personally and professionally.
To be successful for this role, you must be passionate about relationships at the heart of learning, putting the children first and be willing to invest your time, effort, energy, and love in drawing out the brilliance of every young person.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
