SEMH Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs? We are recruiting a SEMH Support Assistant for a nurturing educational setting focused on re-engagement, wellbeing and personal growth.

You will support pupils who need help managing emotions and behaviour, creating a safe and supportive environment where learning can thrive.

Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent 1:1 and small group SEMH support.
• Support emotional regulation and positive routines.
• Promote confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
