This role is all about supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You’ll help them access learning, build life skills, and feel safe and supported in school. It’s hands-on, heart-first work that really matters.

  • Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment

  • Working closely with teachers and support teams to meet each child’s needs

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with young people with SEMH needs is a plus—but not essential

  • A genuine passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning

  • Adaptability, patience, and a team-player attitude

  • Strong communication and emotional resilience

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and right to work in the UK
