SEMH Learning Support Assistant
Are you passionate about helping learners overcome emotional and behavioural barriers? We are recruiting a full-time SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a nurturing setting focused on wellbeing, engagement and positive outcomes.
You will support learners who need consistency, clear boundaries and trusted relationships to succeed.
Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group SEMH support.
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management.
• Reinforce positive routines and expectations.
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
Skills & Qualities:
• Resilient, empathetic and calm under pressure.
• Experience or interest in SEMH support.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
