SEMH and Pastoral Support Assistant
Do you enjoy supporting pupils beyond the classroom? We are recruiting a SEMH and Pastoral Support Assistant for a secondary setting focused on wellbeing and engagement.
You will support pupils who need emotional guidance and consistent pastoral support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 pastoral and emotional support.
• Support pupils during difficult moments.
• Encourage positive behaviour and attendance.
• Work alongside pastoral and teaching teams.
Skills & Qualities:
• Approachable and empathetic.
• Experience with SEMH needs.
• Strong listening skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
