Job Description:

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and adaptable teachers to join our team as supply teachers across Bristol. This role offers a flexible working schedule, allowing you to gain diverse teaching experiences across various schools. Whether you are a seasoned educator or an Early Career Teacher looking to embark on your teaching journey, we have positions that will cater to your professional growth and aspirations.

 

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in the absence of regular classroom teachers.

- Adapt to various school environments and integrate seamlessly into different teaching teams.

- Implement lesson plans and ensure continuity of education for all students.

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive learning environment.

- Engage with students, parents, and staff to support student achievement and well-being.

 

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- For Early Career Teachers, completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and eligibility for QTS.

- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school settings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
