The role is to support individual and small groups of pupils, under the direction of the subject teacher, in order to promote the inclusion of pupils and to provide support for teaching and personalised learning.

You must be experienced supporting pupils’ learning across the curriculum, tailoring support to match learners’ needs and able adapt and customise learning materials in line with the individual needs.

 

The successful candidate will:

Assist in the delivery of the planned curriculum, as directed by classroom teacher.

Set up group activities under the guidance of the Class Teacher / Subject Leaders.

Working with students on individual or group activities.

Provide support and assistance for student’s pastoral needs (e.g. promoting self-esteem, and overall well-being of the child)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
