Protocol Education is collaborating with a mainstream secondary school in search of an EAL Learning Support Assistant.
As an EAL Learning Support Assistant, your role may involve mentoring individual students who require assistance in managing their emotions and maintaining focus during lessons.
A strong team player is essential, capable of contributing to the school's overall environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of EAL to ensure comprehensive support for all students within mainstream settings. This entails working one-on-one with students or in small groups, fostering skill development and motivation.
This position is particularly suitable for recent graduates or experienced practitioners who are contemplating careers in teaching, health, or social care. It provides the opportunity to engage with young individuals with diverse needs.

Requirements for an EAL Learning Support Assistant:
